Max Liang has joined NHIP Academy as their new Intelligence and Data Strategy Manager.
He will be responsible for creating systems that effectively manage the data and intelligence held by NHIP Academy. This information will be an invaluable tool for informing how the Academy best supports colleagues with their career progression. The data will inform decision making and will also enable the team to evidence the impact of their work nationally.
Max brings a raft of experience to the role, including time as a lecturer in Data Analytics at the Royal Agricultural University and as a Data Analytics Project Manager at the City and County of San Francisco. He has also previously been awarded with a fellowship from the UK Higher Education Academy.
Max said: “I am thrilled to join NHIP Academy in this capacity. I look forward to leveraging my experience to develop a cutting-edge tracking system that will empower our team and contribute to the success of clinicians pursuing fellowships. The opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization dedicated to advancing healthcare education is truly exciting.”
Amy Brown, NHIP Academy Manager, added: “We are delighted that Max has joined our team as Intelligence and Data Strategy Manager. This is a key role for the NHIP Academy and will allow us to evidence the progress and impact we are making on delivering the vision of the Academy partners to be the UK sector leader in healthcare academic career development. Max’s experience is a perfect fit for us and I look forward to working together.”
